Studio room at Offerstrideway with desk, sage chair and afternoon light

Three rooms

Calibrated for rest, not for a photoshoot.

Queen or king beds, blackout, brass lamps, bathrooms that were specified once and then left alone. Rates on request — call or write and we will hold the night if we can.

The Compact — queen bed, cream linen, graphite headboard, brass wall lamp

01

The Compact

For one or two people who are in Auckland to do something else. A queen bed, a proper shower, and enough bench for a suitcase that does not explode across the floor.

  • 1–2 guests
  • Queen bed · blackout curtains
  • Shower, Wi-Fi, writing ledge
  • Rates on request
The Studio — queen bed, sage armchair and writing desk by the window

02

The Studio

More floor, a desk that is actually a desk, and a chair you can sit in after Lincoln Road. Better when the stay is two or three nights and you need a place to put a laptop down without eating on it.

  • 1–2 guests
  • Queen bed · sitting chair · desk
  • Shower, Wi-Fi
  • Rates on request
The Corner — king bed, dual-aspect windows, sage throw and brass floor lamp

03

The Corner

Windows on two walls, a king bed, a small sitting nook. The room we give people who are celebrating something, or who simply refuse a cave. Light from two directions is the whole argument.

  • 1–3 guests
  • King bed · sitting nook
  • Dual-aspect windows · bath details on request

Hotel breakfast — sourdough, fruit and coffee on linen

Breakfast

Bread, fruit, coffee. Not a theatre.

Ask when you reserve. We plate it in the morning rather than leaving a tray under a cloche at 5am. Dietary notes are welcome; we do not invent a full à la carte kitchen.
